MSMHC Ventures out to Köln Diocese

Having received an invitation from the Diocese of Köln to work in an old age home, the MSMHC set off on 13 December, 2015 to begin the mission there. Sr. Lucy Augustine, Sr. Anita Albert and Sr. Susheela Basumatary are the pioneers of this new venture. Sr. Marta D’ Rosario, the Delegation Superior was there to initiate the process.  
At present, the Sisters are engaged in a language course and part time work at an Old Age home. They are staying in an apartment in St. Anna, belonging to Cellitinnen, where about 200 old people are looked after. There are also Augustinian sisters through whose initiative the MSMHC sisters were able to launch into this mission. They are helpful and provide them timely assistance.
